Data Deletion

Snowpex Technologies ("Snowpex," "we," "us," or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. If you have used one of our apps or services — including signing in with a third-party login such as Facebook Login — you may request that we delete the personal data we hold about you.

To request deletion of your data, follow these steps:

• Send an email to contact@snowpex.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
• Tell us which app or service you used and the account details you signed up with (for example, the email address or the name on your account).
• If you signed in using Facebook Login, mention this so we can locate and remove data linked to that login.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request, to make sure we are deleting the correct account and protecting your data from unauthorized requests.

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your account from our active systems. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.

In some cases we may need to retain certain information even after a deletion request, for example to:

• Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Any data we retain for these purposes is kept only for as long as necessary and is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.
